Login & Concurrency – IMPORTANT

  • Always ‘Log Out’ when finished (via the menu link top right) to immediately end your session, allowing other colleagues to access or they may need to wait 20 minutes for your session to timeout, due to account concurrency limits.
  • Simply Log In to access the application again.
  • User sessions auto expire after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Password Reset

  • Single concurrency accounts allow the user to reset the password themselves.
  • Due to GDPR regulatory changes, Multi concurrency accounts do not allow users to reset the password themselves, please contact Customer Care to reset.
  • To change your password please contact us.
